Annual dividend
The Board of Directors, noting the continued solid performance and strong cash position, has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting of May 14, 2024 an unchanged dividend of €1.20 per share in respect of 2023, representing a payout ratio of 47% of net income. Taking into account the interim dividend of €0.50 per share paid on November 10, 2023, the balance to be paid will amount to €0.70 per share.
